The True race is 'Rich' & 'Poor' not 'black' & 'White'

We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them. (Albert Einstein)

That simple statement explains the massive power behind our mindset. Mindset is a beautiful thing because it determines our course of action as humans.
Mindset is defined by Oxford as the established set of attitudes held by someone.

Now, let's try to understand the mindset of people towards other people based on what we know and what we see.

A white man feels he owns the African American, cos he bears his name, so he's always reminded that his ancestors owned this guy.

A white man feels he can control the African man, cos the African man is poor.

Nothing Alters the white Man's concept of African Americans, they don't just belong to the land, changing their names would only remind them of their true identity they want to forget. There would always be hierarchy in the Land.

The 'Racism' thing in America, its not about them being black, its about who owns the Land and maintaining the hierarchy. Those white people might be right when they say they don't see colour. Some of those cops might be KKK . we can agree that police brutality happens everywhere in the world.

The only thing that alters the white man's concept of control in Africa is Wealth. Having plenty money would get you respected by Blacks or whites. I personally believe racism is in 'Rich' and ' Poor' , not in ' colour'.

What we usually have in those situations is 'majority- minority issues', each flexing their will. Land in this context means, the majority trying to have their way. This happens everywhere in the world, if it happens between two tribes of same colour, it's called 'Clash'. If it happens between two tribes of colour, it should be that the person has slave mentality.

So, Slavery exists, its systemic. I think white people are cunning. The media should be using slavery more than they say racism, which doesn't exist in colour format. You see the Arabs, they buy slaves, but no one accuses them of 'Racism'.

The only difference is, slaves of these days don't know they are slaves, and no one tells them, they tell them its just cos of colour. These slaves are even rich, the rich ones buy access, the poor ones are at liberty of the police. Would the slaves become a majority in the land? Let's continue to observe.

But don't get it twisted, 'Slave owners love their slaves', they even named them like pets. White people love pets.

Also, Black people look down on other black people and asians look down on black people too.... but these people are called minorities.
So you see minorities looking down on other minorities.
The difference is truly how rich you are. A wealthy black man will never be looked down on or maltreated by any race, you just dont have enough money.

Nigerians who newly immigrated to US have testified to the fact that they recieved more attitude and confrontations from black Americans. But when the family of a wealthy black man travels abroad , they get celebrated by the few close to them and those who wish to be close to them.

This further proves my theory on racism.

Instead of playing the cards of racism and inequality which obviously has political or business advantages to the concerned parties, we can focus more on bridging the gap between the rich and the poor and empower people to be self sufficient. This as explained ealier, begins from the mindset of the people.

Empower and educate people with the right knowledge and information to help build their mind which will in turn build their lives thereby resulting in a prosperous society.
